Carmen, managing director of DermaTech in the Salon, brings over 20 years of experience to the beauty industry as a master designer/stylist. She is committed to education and excellence. 

She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Her talent of being able to "see" a cut and color on the client before she begins, and then acheive the desired look makes her one of the most sought after stylists in the valley.

Carmen is warmhearted, down to earth, friendly and uniquely gifted in knowing how to achieve harmony with your hair and your spirit.

She loves working with naturally curly haired clients.

The love of her life is her husband, Antonio. And Daisy, her baby yorkie.

Lindsey Bruno, DermaTech in the Salon's master designer/stylist, specializes in color, cuts, and updos with a touch of class. She specializes in current trendy looks as well as classic, elegant and conservative looks for today's mature woman. She continues to attend all Goldwell classes and workshops.

Lindsey's background extends from Irvine, California where she studied advanced color education at Goldwell University...

To NY, NY for updo training and hairdressing techniques for the 21st Century under Intercoiffure's world renouned updo master, Martin Parsons.

For the past 3 years she worked for and was mentored by one of Intercoiffure's master designers, Robin Cook, in Wichita Falls, Texas.  

For the past several months here in the Salon, she has created quite a stir among the young and fashion conscious women of today, giving them more than they ever imagined possible!

Shawna Annis, RN,BSN- Medical Aesthetic Practitioner, DBA Professional Skin Solutions, together with medical director Dr Scott Stroming , they specialize in helping men, women and teens achieve healthy, beautiful, clear, youthful skin.

Acne treatment, Botox, Derma Fillers, Spider vein therapy (Schlerotherapy), microdermabrasion, chemical peels and laser treatments are a few of Shawna's specialities.

Shawna, a Registered Nurse since 1986, specializes in aesthetic medicine since 2001, where she studied at Eclectic Skin Institute in San Francisco, California.

November 2008- Instructed a group of nurses in skin treatments in San Francisco with Dr. James Fulton.

Since 2004, she has studied under Dr. James Fulton Jr., M.D., Ph.D., dermatologist and biochemist who co-invented Retin-A and literally "wrote the book" on acne. She continues to work closely with him assisting and conducting classes across the country as well as continueing her education in the field of medical aesthetics. She travels throughout the country several times a year to stay abreast of the rapid changes of this industry.

Shawna is known throughout the community as a lovable, kind, giving philanthropic soul full of joy and brings a smile to everyone she meets, but she takes a no-nonsense approach when it comes to her clients' skin. Besides seeing her clients every day here, and donating much of her time for various groups and people in need, she works at Central Washington Hospital as an ER Nurse.

She lives nearly 2 hours away on tthe Methow River, with her husband Marto and their menagerie of critters. Ask her why she lives so far away and she'll tell you, "because it's a piece of heaven on earth, and it's home."

 Mary Tanneberg, owner of DermaTech Permanent Cosmetics llc and DermaTech in the Salon believes the way to success is to bring together the best of the best. Her philosophy is to encourage creativity and empowering every individual  in the group to become the very best they can be, through education, partnership and focusing on the strengths of all. Harmony, by supporting each as an individual first and one unit secondly is the center of the culture here at DermaTech.

Mary's passion for her industry is evident by her frequent trips to Olympia, serving on both the Wa St DOL Cosmetology Advisory Board and the new DOL Body Art-Tattooing Advisory Committee.

 Most of you already know her as the owner of Miller’s Camera, the downtown Wenatchee icon and historical landmark that will always be remembered for quality products and  professional, friendly, impeccable customer service for the past 38 years.

Pat has been a Derma Tech client for many years and knew we found who we were looking for with her approach to customer service and business experience. Since Pat and Bill just retired in April 2008, we weren't going to let her retire that easily! Now she's joined us to help care for our clients and keep the salon running smoothly. She has vast knowledge of retailing and customer service and her presence here in the salon is very much appreciated by everyone.

Pat and Bill are loved and respected throughout the valley for their community involvement and service with many charitable organizations.

It is with honor and our gratitude to have her here with us, and if you know Pat from Miller’s, she’ll have a big smile when you come visit us. .

Unless she's taking time off to spend with their ever growing family of three sons and families: Scott, Landee and their 4 children, Matt and his new bride Michelle, and Steve and Hannah.

Casey Roy, Is the newest addition to our elite group of stylists. Not only is Casey an amazingly talented creating simply stunning today's look in style, cut and color, but she has the skill to show YOU how it's done! She holds her Instructor license and mentors her clients to be able to replicate what she does. Although, with her cuts, it's very easy to do! Casey has worked in the valley for a number of years, been a salon owner, beauty school instructor, trained with Cottis, Goldwell, and Nioxin to name a few.

Casey is born and raised here in the valley. Along with her husband Ryan, they have 2 beautiful children, Hannah and Hayden.
